A monumental 20th century English pine console table, a former workbench. The rectangular top with moulded edge over four drawers benefitting from the addition of four brass swan neck handles. Raised on four gun barrel turned front legs and flat rectangular legs to the rear, all united by moulded stretchers. Lots of males and scratches from its life as a workbench, with old paint splashes as a nod to its past. Good sturdy condition and waxed to a high patina.
