We have increased the height to allow it to be used as a kitchen freestanding unit, with under storage for baskets and boxes, a single drawer with brass cup handle. Raised on a profiled skirting plinth, and fielded decorative panels to the back so it is an attractive freestanding piece. The top surface comprising of extra wide vintage cheeseboards, with a mellow and warm pine colour and hard wax oil finish so it’s a hygienic work surface. Lots of wear and knocks commensurate with age and use, but in good solid order and ready for a new life.
